Adam did a private 4 course dinner for 4 at our house. He is extremely professional from start to finish, and everything he made was fantastic! He touched base beforehand to discuss possible menu options and other logistics, and was able to accommodate my dairy-free diet. I highly recommend him and will use his services again!

Chef Adam was amazing! He was so easy to work with in catering our brunch, with many dietary restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, peanut free, shellfish free). Chef Adam took the time up front to discuss his experience and style of cooking, to explore potential menus and provided options to choose from that would best serve our group. He also collaborated with a friend to bring a birthday cake that was out of control delicious!

Adam was amazing! Travelled to New Orleans for my best friend’s bachelorette and wanted a private dinner for our first night as we were exhausted from our travels. I am so pleased and happy I reached out to Adam. He is an amazing chef. The process was easy. He was very flexible and worked with our party of 10. He gave us delicious options to choose from and really catered to our theme and restrictions. We chose an intimate 4 course meal. Every bite from appetizer through to main entree and dessert was fresh and unique. He brought everything we needed to our Airbnb. My entire party said it was the best meal on our trip and I agree! (Beats all the five star restaurants we went to)
