The Donostia team can serve your guests in any space. We offer several private dining packages and are happy to work within your budget to give you an elevated experience at a comfortable price. Whether in the comfort of your own home or in your vacation rental or event space, we bring our signature style to you.
Cocktail Hour and Seated Dinner: Chef curated snacks and grazing display for your cocktail hour, leading into a three course plated dinner with individually plated appetizers, family style mains, and individually plated dessert.
5 Course Fine Dining Dinner: Michelin level culinary creations in the comfort of your own space and tailored to your preferences and party size. A typical 5 course dinner menu might include: a light raw or cured seafood starter, a delicious handmade pasta course, unctuous meat course, palette cleanser, and a plated restaurant-quality dessert.
Buffet: Ideal for more informal large gatherings and corporate events, this package typically includes three chef-driven canapes, 2 appetizers, a starch or carb side, a main protein, two vegetable sides, and house-made dessert.

Chef’s Tasting menu of anywhere from 4 to 10 courses, featuring seasonal ingredients and local specialties. Our culinary team will work with you to design a Signature Cocktail for your event. Desserts made in house, from semifreddo to birthday cake and everything in between.
Consultation: Start by scheduling a one-on-one consultation, where you and Chef Adam will discuss your event, understand your vision, and gather insights about your guests’ preferences or dietary needs. We will share with your some sample menu thoughts and sketch out an initial draft menu that works within your budget and meets your dietary needs.
