What is our cooking philosophy?

Chef Adam believes in creating menus that are unique to every client and bring your vision to life. We specialize in a cuisine we like to call “Nola-terranean,” fusing the seasonality and freshness of Mediterranean cuisines with the flair and flavor of New Orleans. We base every menu for our events and private dining clients on a 30 minute phone consultation, drawing on your vision to create a bespoke list of dishes to choose from in order to make the event YOUR event, not just any event. We aim to create food that your guests will still be raving about long after your event is over.
